Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, skilled approach.
Handle guest queries and provide excellent guest service.
Support lobby and front office operations.
Coordinate with different hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
Eligibility:
Freshers can apply.
Graduation or Diploma is mandatory.
Hotel Management / Hospitality / Aviation graduates preferred.
Positive communication and grooming skills.
Customer-service-oriented personality.
