Role & responsibilities
Handle student enquiries and prospective leads through calls, WhatsApp, chats, meetings and walk-ins.
Conduct career counselling, course counselling and admission counselling.
Understand student profiles, career goals and requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Explain course details, fees, eligibility, certifications and career opportunities.
Handle queries, objections and concerns professionally.
Manage lead follow-ups and conversions throughout the counselling process.
Maintain accurate lead records and follow-ups in CRM.
Build solid relationships with prospective students.
Handle complex counselling cases independently.
Guide and support Junior Counsellors when required.
Preferred candidate profile
25 years of experience in Admission Counselling / Career Counselling / Education Counselling / EdTech / Education Sales / Inside Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid counselling, convincing and objection-handling abilities.
Confident, presentable and professional.
Robust active listening and customer-centric approach.
Experience with lead management, follow-ups and CRM.
Ability to independently manage counselling conversations and qualified leads.
