Hiring: Financial Analyst – Cross-Functional

Salary: ₹4.5 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare financial reports, forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.
Analyze Sales, Production, and Operations data to identify business insights.
Monitor revenue, profitability, production costs, inventory, and operational efficiency.
Support pricing, cost optimization, and business planning decisions.
Work closely with Sales, Production, and Operations teams.
Create dashboards and reports using Advanced Excel, Power BI, Zoho Analytics, Tableau, or similar BI tools .
Identify process improvements and support data-driven decision-making.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis.
Robust knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Excellent Excel and data-analysis skills; BI tool experience preferred.
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with manufacturing, sales, or operations exposure will be preferred.
