Role & responsibilities
Lead courier, cargo, transportation, hub and last-mile delivery operations.
Manage and guide Branch Managers, Operations Managers, Sales Team, Delivery Team and Customer Support Team.
Set team targets, monitor KPIs and conduct regular performance reviews.
Drive business development, B2B sales, corporate customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Manage key corporate clients and resolve escalated customer issues.
Monitor P&L;, operational costs, collections and profitability.
Manage transporters, vendors and logistics partners.
Ensure timely delivery, service quality and operational compliance.
Improve processes, productivity and overall operational efficiency.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and management reports.
Report business performance, challenges and growth prospects directly to the MD/CEO.
