Manage day to day operation e.g. press operations, control console , reel stand etc.
Work in all concerned areas of maintenance e.g. Blanket change, Roller setting etc.
Participation in quality checking viz. ensuring quality maintaining as per standards of individual folders and post Production quality check of remote locations.
Understanding of the process workflow and an overview of all areas of the machine
Adhere to all safety practices in his work domain e.g. Ink filling web threading etc.
Ensure preparation and updating of reports for feedback based improvement process
Individually handling machine operations with respect to given targets in both day/night shift for different complexities
Monitoring and instruct juniors in maintenance and operations related activities.




Responsible for allocation of casual manpower etc. for daily maintenance and operational activities
Responsible for housekeeping of all production work related areas
Daily update of records in SAP pertaining to maintenance compliance
Ensure cost effective usage of consumables
Timely execution of individual and team activities as and when assigned.
Maintaining reports as per ISO documentation.
Responsible for proper documentation and communication intra department.
Providing support function in quality and laboratory activities.
