Rate analysis and Estimation to arrive at Construction cost of the Project.
Analysis of Bill of Quantities given by DPR Consultants.
Quantity surveying and estimation of all components of Construction works.
Rate analysis
Responsible for identification of JV Partner and finalising MOU under guidance of the Management.
Diligent check of rate items of proposals.
Preparation Submission of technical financial bids.

Correspondences with Clients.
Job Specification
Person should be a Civil engineering graduate.
Knowledge of tendering portals.
Should have excellent computer skills like MS - Excel, Word, Power Point, etc
Possess leadership skills
Should have effective communication: verbal written.
