Purpose of the role:
The incumbent in this role will be responsible for supervision of end-to-end Prototype assembly process of heavy equipment/machine, with a keen eye on meeting safety and quality benchmarks
Technical Skills Required:
Robust knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles.
Expertise in Prototype Assembly and Manufacturing Processes.
Product Feasibility Analysis (DFM/DFA).
Material Tracking, Shortage and Inventory Management.
Root Cause Analysis (5 Why, Fish-bone, 8D).
Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Dashboards).
SAP (Material Management, Inventory Transactions, BOM, PO Closer).
