Key Responsibilities
Lead the Aerospace Logistics business for Delhi/NCR.
Manage end-to-end logistics operations for aerospace and aviation customers.
Handle AOG and time-critical shipments with strict adherence to delivery timelines.
Develop and maintain relationships with airlines, MROs, OEMs, aviation companies, and aerospace suppliers.
Drive business development, revenue growth, profitability, and customer acquisition.
Manage key accounts and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee air freight, customs clearance, warehousing, transportation, and related logistics activities.
Coordinate with international offices, airlines, freight forwarders, customs teams, and vendors.
Develop solutions for complex and high-value aerospace shipments.
Monitor operational KPIs, revenue, margins, service levels, and customer performance.
Lead, mentor,



and develop the regional operations and commercial team.
Identify current business prospects within the aerospace and aviation sector.
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, pricing, and commercial proposals.
Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, customs requirements, and quality standards.
Handle escalations and provide quick solutions for critical/time-sensitive shipments.
