Position: General Manager – Hotel

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Hospitality / 5-Star Hotel Experience Preferred

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee overall hotel operations including Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and Administration.
Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction, service quality, and operational excellence.
Drive hotel revenue, profitability, occupancy, and business growth.
Lead, train, and manage hotel teams and departmental heads.
Monitor budgets, costs, MIS, and overall financial performance.
Ensure compliance with hotel standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle VIP guests, key clients, and critical operational matters.




Report directly to senior management and implement business strategies.

Candidate Profile:
3–5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with robust experience in 5-star hotels.
Proven experience as Hotel General Manager / Operations Head / Senior Hotel Management.
Robust leadership, communication, guest-handling, and team-management skills.
Excellent knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and service standards.
Mature, well-groomed, skilled, and result-oriented personality.
