The Field

Engineer must possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. A background in engineering or a related field is required, along with a valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites. Conduct field testing and monitoring of civil engineering projects
Collaborate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget




Provide technical support to in office teams and contractors
Utilize civil services knowledge to solve complex engineering problems
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members
Perform site inspections and evaluate construction progress
Analyze data and provide recommendations for improving project efficiency
Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction
Document and report findings to project management team
Maintain a robust attention to detail and a commitment to safety regulations
