Role & responsibilities -
Assist in property valuation and technical assessment.
Coordinate with external valuers for technical reports. Track TAT and follow up on pending reports. Review reports and identify discrepancies.
Support site visits, fresh & cross-audits.
Assist in identifying technical risks / fraud indicators. Maintain MIS for technical reports, cases & rate index.
Support processing of cases up to 750 lakhs
