Configure and support SAP FI sub-modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Bank Accounting
Handle period-end and year-end closing activities, including foreign currency valuation, GR/IR clearing, and reconciliation
Work on Recent GL / Universal Journal functionalities such as document splitting, parallel ledgers, and segment reporting
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM, SD, and CO modules
Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP consultants for custom developments, reports, and interfaces
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions
Perform unit testing, support UAT, and assist in cutover and go-live activities, including S/4HANA migration/implementation projects
Manage and resolve incidents/tickets within defined SLAs for support projects
Support taxation configuration (withholding tax, GST/VAT) as per statutory requirements
Prepare and maintain process documentation, configuration guides, and training materials
