What Your Day Will Look Like
Own the end-to-end solution architecture across Guidewire platforms, ensuring scalable, secure and business-aligned solutions throughout the programme lifecycle.
Lead design and integration activities across both Policy and Claims, driving consistency and best practice across implementations.
Define, establish and govern architecture standards, integration patterns and technical frameworks to support enterprise-wide transformation objectives.
Act as the technical lead across delivery teams and third-party vendors, providing guidance, oversight and architectural governance throughout delivery.
Engage senior business and technology stakeholders as a trusted advisor, translating complex technical concepts into business value and strategic outcomes.
Support solution shaping, RFP responses and pre-sales activities by providing architectural expertise, solution vision and implementation strategy.

This Role Is For You If




Extensive experience of Guidewire spanning across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter and across complex insurance transformation programmes within an established consultancy firm.
Demonstrate end-to-end Guidewire implementation expertise, from solution design through to delivery and deployment.
Possess hands-on IPLM implementation experience across both Policy and Claims environments.
Apply solid London Market and Lloyds domain knowledge to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
Leverage deep solution architecture and integration expertise, including API-led and event-driven architectures.
Have experience with Guidewire Cloud and modernisation programmes, which is highly desirable.
Exhibit robust stakeholder management and delivery leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology audiences.
