New Hope IVF & Fertility Center is looking for a Floor Coordinator to ensure smooth day-to-day patient coordination and floor operations. The candidate will coordinate with patients, doctors, nurses, and other departments to provide a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate patient flow and appointments.
Assist patients and attendants with their queries.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, front office, and other departments.
Ensure smooth movement of patients across different departments.
Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate issues when required.
Maintain proper patient records and documentation.
Monitor daily floor activities and ensure smooth operations.
Support the team in maintaining a positive patient experience.
Ensure discipline and proper coordination among staff.
Requirements
Graduate in any relevant discipline.
1–3 years of experience in a hospital, clinic, IVF center, or healthcare setup preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good coordination and organizational abilities.
Patient-friendly and professional approach.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a quick-paced healthcare environment.
Preferred: Candidates with experience in IVF, fertility, hospital operations, or patient coordination will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh
