Matrix Exports is seeking a agile and results-driven Export Import Executive (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the export-import sales process, including developing new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. This role requires robust communication and negotiation skills, as well as a thorough understanding of international trade regulations and logistics.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets in the import-export industry. If you are a motivated and ambitious individual with a passion for global trade, we want to hear from you!
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve export/import sales targets
Identify and generate recent business opportunities in the international market
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Ensure timely and accurate processing of export/import orders
Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers and buyers WITH THE FINANCE TEAM




Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis
Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements
Travel occasionally for INDUSTRY VISITS .OCCASIOANLLY HELP WITH TALENT ACQUISITION AND RECRUTIMENT WHICH IS AN IMPORT ASPECT.
