Present qualified candidates to clients and coordinate interview schedules
Provide feedback and coaching to candidates to improve their interviewing skills
Negotiate job offers and close placements to meet client expectations
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure successful placements
Track and report on recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
