Role:

The Head of IT will lead the organization's technology strategy, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, and digital transformation initiatives. The role will be instrumental in building a secure, scalable, and future-ready IT ecosystem that supports manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, and business operations.

Responsibilities
Drive enterprise-wide IT and Digital Transformation strategy
Lead Cybersecurity, Information Security, and IT Governance initiatives
Manage ERP, MES, PLM, CRM, HRMS, and other business applications
Enable Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, and Automation programs
Oversee IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Networks, Servers, and Data Centers
Develop Data Analytics, BI Dashboards, and Reporting Frameworks
Manage IT projects, budgets, vendors, and service delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science,



Information Technology, or a related disciplin MBA/EMBA preferred

Experience

15+ years of experience in Information Technology

Minimum 5 years in an IT leadership role

Technical & Process Capabilities

Proven track record in ERP implementation, cybersecurity, and digital transformation

Experience in Defence, Aerospace, Manufacturing, Electronics, or Engineering organizations preferred

CISSP | CISM | CISA | ITIL | CEH | ISO 27001 | Azure/AWS Certifications
