FIELD EXECUTIVE – Key Responsibilities - Merchant Onboarding: Identify and onboard recent merchants to the Paytm platform.
Soundbox Deployment: Install and deploy Soundbox devices at eligible merchant locations.
Merchant Service: Provide timely support and service to existing merchants and resolve their queries.
Merchant Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with merchants and ensure a positive service experience.
Field Visits: Regularly visit assigned merchant locations and complete daily activities as per business requirements.
Business Growth: Identify prospects for additional products and services among existing and new merchants.
Requirements - Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work in the field.
Android smartphone required.
Two-wheeler with valid driving licence preferred.
Ability to manage assigned territory and merchant relationships.
