Job Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for field sales positions.
Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and local hiring.
Follow up with candidates until joining.
Coordinate with HR and the sales team for interviews and onboarding.
Maintain candidate records and recruitment reports.
Meet weekly/monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Recruitment or field-sales hiring experience preferred.
Target-oriented with good follow-up skills.
Willingness to travel for recruitment activities.
Freshers with positive communication skills can also apply.
