Roles and Responsibilities
Manage FileNet Content Management (CM) setting, including CM Administration, Workflow, Business Process Framework Manager, and Integration with other systems.
Provide technical support for IBM FileNet products such as P8 and CM.
Ensure high availability of FileNet applications by monitoring performance metrics like CPU usage, memory consumption, etc.
Troubleshoot issues related to file system errors on Windows platforms using tools like Event Viewer, System Monitoring Tools, etc.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems involving multiple components.
