The role organizes and monitors process execution, supports the team in completing activities correctly, and helps ensure the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality of accounting information and reporting to headquarters.What's In It for You

- Coordinate, organize, and monitor Financial Reporting processes to ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and overall quality.
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities and help ensure the quality of reporting to headquarters.
- Encourage the implementation of new technologies within Financial Reporting.
- Assess and resolve operational issues, acting as the point of entry and first level of escalation.
- Promote and support process improvements,



including the review of KPIs.
- Provide input to the Manager regarding team performance and participate in performance-assessment meetings.
- Develop a strong understanding of the end-to-end process and maintain proactive communication with clients and stakeholders.
- Work closely with different areas of the organization to support the correct execution of Financial Reporting activities and deliverables.Education and Experience
- Education: Chartered Accountants
- Work Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial reporting, accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Process Knowledge: Solid understanding of Financial Reporting processes, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities, reporting quality, internal controls, KPI review, and end-to-end workflows.

- Knowledge of Financial Reporting controls, closing processes, and KPI monitoring.
- Ability to support technology implementation and process-improvement initiatives.
- Experience in a shared services, multinational, or GCC environment is preferred.
