Job Function: SalesYour Tasks Drive volume and value targets for the assigned Modern Trade territory within budget and company policies. Manage key accounts, outlet promotions, strategic alliances, visibility, and shelf space. Execute approved schemes, promotions, and merchandising activities. Manage distributor performance, stock, claims, damages, orders, and monthly channel health. Manage merchandisers and promoters to ensure effective execution at outlets. Monitor outlet expenses, trade schemes, promotional investments, and claims. Ensure gold-standard merchandising, planogram compliance, visibility, and asset management.



Track competitor promotions and provide timely market feedback. Maintain accurate outlet databases, MIS, and weekly/monthly reports. Monitor business performance, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions. Your Profile Graduate in any discipline; Business Management qualification preferred. 3–5 years of sales experience, including 3+ years in Up-to-date Trade. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
