and implement corrective actions with analytical rigorMaintain confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive security matters, guest information, and proprietary proceduresSupport team development through coaching, feedback, and inclusive leadership practicesQualifications**Required Qualifications:**Minimum 3-5 years of professional security experience in a corporate, hospitality, or similar organizational settingProven supervisory or management experience with demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop security teamsStrong technical knowledge of security systems, access control technologies, surveillance equipment, and monitoring toolsExcellent incident response and crisis management capabilities with sound decision-making skills under pressureComprehensive understanding of security protocols, health and safety regulations, and organizational operational standardsProficiency in security documentation, report writing, record-keeping procedures, and data analysisValid security license or certification as required by local, state, and national regulations in IndiaStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with law enforcement, emergency services, and internal stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalismPhysical fitness and capability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and on-call availability**Preferred Qualifications:**Experience conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and risk analysisKnowledge of conflict resolution and de-escalation techniquesFamiliarity with security management software and digital documentation systemsTraining and mentoring experience with security personnelUnderstanding of local Kochi security landscape and regional regulatory requirementsCertification in advanced security management or related professional developmentExperience in a customer-focused environment with emphasis on guest relations and service excellence
