The Lead – Estimation will be responsible for end-to-end estimation and cost planning for Data Centre Construction Projects, with a primary focus on MEP works including Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection, ELV, BMS, and associated infrastructure systems. The role requires robust technical understanding of mission-critical infrastructure, ability to review design documents/BOQs, prepare techno-commercial estimates, evaluate vendor quotations, and support tendering, budgeting, and value engineering initiatives.
