- translating business strategy and product vision into integrated architectural design solutions across project lifecycle from concept to GFC.
- managing design consultants and ensuring multidisciplinary coordination for buildable, compliant and productive designs.
- driving design quality, compliance and value engineering aligned to cost, timelines and customer expectations.
- ensuring timely delivery of construction drawings and site support for execution.
- institutionalizing design governance, standards and continuous improvement across projects.
