Examples may include but are not limited to; restructuring, diversity and talent acquisition and retention initiatives, supporting performance management activity, leadership capabilities, management of employee relations cases and consequence management and key partner in the year-end compensation and promotion process.On a business partnering level work typically includes:Responsibility and accountability for delivering the HR people strategy in support of the overall business strategy.Partnering with the business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy.Supporting and driving organizational change and restructuring initiatives and work with respective stakeholdersSupport the UK BAC across a broad portfolio of employment, compensation, governance and reporting activities, including but not limited to Flexible Working Applications (which has strict governance and compliance requirements), international assignments, promotion process support, rehire governance, replacement contract administration, and year end compensation process support.Support the UK BAC in managing increasing operational demand, absorbing more advisory related support activities transitioning into the team, maintaining service delivery,
