We are looking for an L1 Support Engineer with hands-on experience in EDR and cybersecurity support.
Key Skills & Responsibilities
- 3+ years of experience in EDR / Incident Response / Threat Hunting / Forensics
- Hands-on experience in EDR monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and deployment
- Valuable knowledge of Linux, Windows, databases, and networking
- Experience in log analysis, incident investigation, threat analysis, RCA, and fault isolation
- Exposure to security solution integration, patching, upgrades, and system health monitoring
- Coordinate with SOC/OEM teams for incident management and technical support
- Support security incidents and assist with remediation and resolution
Qualifications
B.Tech/M.Tech (CS/IT), MCA, BCA, B.Sc. IT/Computers, or Diploma in CS/IT.
Certifications: CEH, CSA, CIH, or CompTIA Security+ preferred.
