About MPR India Technologies
MPR India Technologies is a Bengaluru-based organization providing HR, recruitment, legal, business consulting, technology, and corporate support services. We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns who wish to gain practical experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
- Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and HR documents.
- Support employee engagement activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and candidate information.
- Assist in HR administration and daily office operations.
Eligibility
- MBA (HR), MSW (HR), BBA, B.Com, M.Com, BBM, BE , Diploma or Psychology students.
- Final-year students or recent graduates may apply.
- Good communication skills in English and Kannada.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
