- Solid understanding of automotive systems and relevant industry standards.
- Knowledge of HIL test methodologies (LABCAR) and software release testing processes.
- Proficiency in ECU-TEST test package creation.
- Testing & Analysis: Aptitude for identifying requirement gaps, investigating test failures, and supporting bug triaging.
- Communication: Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills valuable experience in customer interactions.
- Tools: Familiarity with diagnostic tools (UDS, OBD), requirement management (JAMA), and version control (GitHub).

We are looking for a LABCAR HIL Test Engineer to lead the integration and validation of our vehicle electrical systems. In this role,



you will focus on system-level behavior, ensuring that complex features interact seamlessly. You will leverage ECU-TEST for large-scale automation.

Job Description:

LABCAR system HIL Test Engineer with proficiency in ECU-TEST.

- Develop HIL test strategies, cases, and scripts based on project requirements.
- Support all release testing and bug triaging Investigate and reproduce test failures.
- Review requirements for testability and identify gaps.
- Document results and generate reports.
- Establish traceability using requirement management (JAMA) and version control tools (GitHub).
