Overview

- Minimum 9+ years of overall experience in the end-to-end delivery and management of enterprise technology projects.
- Having Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with GoAnywhere Managed File Transfer (MFT) solutions, including design, development, implementation, and support of integration projects would be added advantage.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Python development, including scripting, automation, and application integration.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience mentoring, coaching, and guiding technical team members, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Strong expertise in file transfer and integration technologies, including:
- SFTP
- Web-based file transfer protocols
- GoAnywhere Agents
- Microsoft Azure Blob Storage
- Amazon AWS S3

- Strong proficiency in developing, troubleshooting, and optimizing Python scripts and automation solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud platforms is highly desirable and will be considered an added advantage.
- Excellent technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to design scalable and reliable integration solutions.
- Robust verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, drive project execution, and ensure successful delivery within established timelines and quality standards.
- Experience with CI/CD, release management, and deployment automation.
- Familiarity with governance, compliance, and security standards related to file transfer and integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), testing methodologies, and production support processes.
- Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.

- Strong Communication skills
- Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in programing skills like Python.
- Minimum 5+ Yrs of experience in Mentoring and leading teams.
- Minimum 3+Yrs of experience in Go Anywhere Tool would be added advantage.
- Minimum 3+Yrs of experience in Azure or AWS cloud based technology would be added advantage.
