Role Overview : We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in managing and delivering large-scale Identity & Access Management (IAM) programs. The ideal candidate combines strong program/project management skills, governance expertise, and a proven track record of driving delivery excellence across global IAM initiatives.Key Responsibilities : - Lead end-to-end delivery of IAM programs across multiple clients in India and globally.- Define program scope, roadmap, milestones, and KPIs aligned with client objectives.- Manage cross-functional project teams (IAM engineers, architects, business analysts, and vendor partners).- Oversee delivery across IAM, IGA, Access Management domains, ensuring integration quality and compliance.- Maintain program governance : risk management, financial tracking, reporting, and executive updates.- Drive timely milestone achievement, value realization,
