Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS) policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Conduct internal audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to address non-conformities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quality plans, track progress against goals, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide training and coaching to employees on QMS best practices, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Solid understanding of ISO documentation requirements for QMS implementation.
- Proven ability to conduct effective audit documentation and reporting.
