Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end execution of multiple Greenfield and Brownfield projects, ensuring delivery against agreed scope, cost, quality, safety, and timeline objectives.
- Develop and drive project plans, monitor critical milestones, manage risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Commercial, and external partners to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead commissioning, start-up, stabilization, and handover activities while ensuring operational readiness.

Preferred candidate profile

- Engineering graduate with 15+ years of overall experience,



including significant experience in managing large-scale Greenfield and/or Brownfield industrial projects.
- Currently working as a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager, independently handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven experience of working in a matrix environment, collaborating with diverse stakeholders across functions and locations.
- Robust project planning, execution, stakeholder management, vendor management, and problem-solving capabilities.
