If you excel at protecting client investments and driving recurring revenue through strategic service agreements, we want you to lead our AMC sales division.

- Months 1-3 (Ecosystem Mastery):
- Deep-dive into our diverse Audio Visual, Unified Communications, and Smart Infrastructure portfolio to thoroughly understand our support capabilities and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Analyze our existing customer database to map out upcoming warranty expirations and identify immediate AMC renewal opportunities.




- Shadow our top pre-sales and technical service engineers to understand the on-ground value of our maintenance support.

- Months 4-8 (Impact):

- Take charge of the AMC sales pipeline by actively pitching and negotiating comprehensive maintenance contracts with corporate, government, and enterprise clients.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the Projects and Installation teams to introduce managed services and AMC discussions early in the project handover phase.
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets for service contract renewals and current AMC acquisitions.

- Month 9 & Beyond (Leadership/Strategy):

- Architect tailored, multi-year Managed Service Level Agreements for massive enterprise accounts with complex, multi-location AV deployments.
- Analyze market trends and competitor service offerings to help leadership refine and optimize our AMC pricing and support packages.
- Build long-term trust and foster customer loyalty, turning AMC renewals into a predictable, high-growth revenue stream for the company.
