- Real ownership, not a wish list UX: end-to-end product design
- Own UX for key fan-facing flows like discovery, event pages, checkout, taking features from initial concept through to launch.
- Map user journeys and create wireframes to define the experience before moving to high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct usability testing, analyse user feedback and data, and improve designs based on insights.
- Design all user interface states, including empty, loading, and error screens, to ensure a seamless user experience.

- Turn wireframes into high-fidelity, production-ready designs in Figma that are ready for engineering to build.
- Create and maintain a scalable design system to ensure consistency across the app and web experience.




- Build interactive prototypes to communicate user flows, interactions, and animations before development.
- Collaborate closely with engineering throughout development to ensure the final product matches the intended design.
- Collaboration and mentorship
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to design solutions that meet user and business needs.
- Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers to help improve the quality and consistency of design work.
- Stay updated on design trends, competitor products, and user behaviour to bring current ideas and improve the product.
