Job Overview
The Operations Executive is responsible for managing daily store, dark store, or warehouse operations to ensure
smooth workflow, effective inventory management, timely order processing, and high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, track incoming and outgoing shipments, maintain accurate
inventory records, conduct stock checks, and support inventory audits.
Store / Warehouse Operations: Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch activities as per
SOPs and SLAs.
¢ Logistics & Vendor Coordination: Track orders and dispatches, maintain shipment logs, and coordinate with
transporters, vendors, delivery partners, and internal teams.
¢ Team Support: Assist with staff scheduling, task allocation, productivity monitoring, and resolution of day-to-day
operational issues.
¢ Exception Management: Handle customer and vendor issues, manage reverse logistics for damaged/defective
products, investigate discrepancies, and escalate critical matters.
MIS & Reporting
¢ Prepare daily and weekly operational trackers and MIS reports.
¢ Maintain reports related to inventory, orders, dispatches, productivity, and discrepancies.




¢ Provide accurate operational data to management and support inventory reconciliation.
Compliance & Process Improvement
¢ Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, SLAs, safety requirements, and operational standards.
¢ Identify process gaps and support initiatives to reduce delays, bottlenecks, and turnaround time (TAT).
¢ Maintain high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.
Eligibility / Prerequisites
¢ Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related
field.
¢ Experience: 13 years in retail operations, warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management, or a related
field.
