Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Billing Executive with experience in the Real Estate industry and hands-on knowledge of SAP. The candidate will be responsible for billing, invoicing, receipts, collections tracking, reconciliation, MIS, and coordination with Finance, Accounts and CRM teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end billing activities for real estate projects.
- Prepare and process customer invoices, demand letters, receipts and billing-related documents.
- Generate and process billing transactions through SAP.
- Maintain customer ledgers and billing records.
- Track outstanding payments, collections and customer dues.
- Perform customer account reconciliation and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, CRM, Sales and other internal teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly billing MIS.
- Verify billing data and supporting documents before processing.
- Handle customer queries related to invoices, payments and account statements.
- Support payment follow-ups and outstanding receivable tracking.




- Maintain proper documentation for audits and internal records.
- Ensure timely and accurate updating of transactions in SAP.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting or related field.
- 2–6 years of relevant experience in Billing / Accounts Receivable / Finance Operations.
- Real Estate industry experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP.
- Good understanding of invoicing, receipts, collections, reconciliation and customer ledgers.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in reputed real estate organizations preferred.
- Experience handling customer billing and project-related financial transactions.
- Strong SAP and Excel skills.
- Candidates from a Real Estate background will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners / short notice period candidates preferred.
