Process; Tele caller Executive - BPO

Location: High Street Mall, Thane
Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates
Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Communication: Positive English Communication Skills

Job Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries through voice calls.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns.
- Maintain quality standards and meet process targets.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.

Shift Timing: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
Week Off: Sunday Fixed Off
Salary: 21,000 In-Hand (NAPS)
CTC Role: 22,000 | 18,600 In-Hand

Transport: Free Pick & Drop from Thane Station
