Process: Customer Service – Voice Process
Location: Kolshet Road, Balkum, Thane

Eligibility:

- HSC / Graduates can apply
- Experience is mandatory
- Candidates with any sales experience can apply
- Hindi communication with average English

Salary: 15,000 – 19,000 In-Hand + Incentives

Week Off: Sunday

Interview: 2 Rounds

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide timely resolutions.
- Support sales activities and outbound telesales processes.
- Assist customers with mutual fund-related queries and transactions.
- Build strong customer relationships through effective communication.
- Promote relevant banking and financial products.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- 0–5 years of relevant experience in banking, finance, sales, or customer service.
- Valuable customer handling and communication skills.
- Basic understanding of banking/financial products and mutual fund sales.
- Ability to manage multiple customer queries efficiently.
