**Salary:** 4.50–5.50 LPA

**Notice Period:** Immediate Joiners / Prefer candidates with short notice period

### MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

* **Real Estate Sales experience is mandatory**

* Candidates from **other industries will NOT be considered**

* 2–5 years of relevant Real Estate Sales experience

* Strong knowledge of the **Powai Real Estate market**

* **Extensive experience working in Powai is mandatory/preferred**

* Please confirm the candidate's **Powai market experience before sharing the CV**

* Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills

* Target-oriented and self-motivated

* Comfortable handling client meetings and site visits

### Key Responsibilities





* Handle residential Real Estate sales for the **Powai market**

* Generate leads and develop new business

* Manage client meetings, site visits, negotiations and closures

* Build relationships with clients and channel partners

* Achieve monthly & annual sales targets

* Maintain regular follow-ups

* Track market trends, competitor projects and pricing

* Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports
