Accounts Head

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Head to manage accounting, taxation, compliance, audits, treasury and financial reporting across HO and branches.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting, month-end/year-end closure, Trial Balance, P&L; and Balance Sheet.
- Handle bank, vendor, customer, inter-branch, GST, TDS and marketplace reconciliations.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS/TCS, Income Tax, PT, PF & ESIC compliances and handle notices/assessments.
- Coordinate with Statutory, Tax, Internal & GST Auditors and consultants.
- Manage banking, treasury, fund raising, credit facilities and bank compliance requirements.
- Lead budgeting, cost control, MIS, cash flow and profitability analysis.
- Drive Working Capital Management AR, AP, Inventory, DSO, DIO & DPO.
- Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, documentation and process automation.
- Partner with business teams on cost control, pricing and margin improvement.
- Lead, supervise and train the HO & Branch Accounts team.

Note - Experience is retail industry is a must.
