Job Overview

The Manager/Deputy Manager Human Resources will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations for an assigned region. The role will act as a strategic HR partner while ensuring the effective execution of core HR processes and managing end to end employee life cycle including SuccessFactors administration, payroll inputs, employee relations, onboarding, separation management, attendance, compliance, employee engagement, attrition management, Dashboard/MIS, and also work closely with business leaders and Heads of Departments to drive people initiatives. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence and alignment with global HR standards

Job Description

Employee Lifecycle Management

- Manage the Onboarding Process to ensure timely completion of joining formalities, release of employment contracts and letters, and proper creation and maintenance of personnel files.
- Supervise Employee Confirmation and Movement by initiating the process within defined timeframes, issuing confirmation/extension letters, and handling transfers as per SRF (Staff Requisition Form).
- Manage Separation Processes efficiently, including initiation, coordination of final settlements, dispatching relevant documents, updating employment records, and maintaining separation trackers.
- Ensure timely and accurate Attendance and Leave Management, including attendance collation and leave record updates.
- Manage the administration of SuccessFactors, including employee data management, organizational changes, performance management, onboarding, reporting, and system-related HR processes.
- Lead and execute employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, recognition activities, and feedback mechanisms to enhance employee experience, morale, retention, and workplace culture.

Payroll, Benefits, Compliance,



and Documentation

- Ensure smooth Payroll and Benefits Management by overseeing payroll data input, pay sheet verification, salary credit finalization, claims, reimbursements, and precise benefits master data maintenance.
- Supervise Compliance Reporting and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements through accurate reporting and process oversight.
- Manage Personnel File and Document Administration, ensuring up-to-date physical and digital records and employee file data management.
- Oversee Employee Query Management, ensuring prompt query resolution, efficient tracking, and reporting.

Operational Excellence

- Process improvements, enhancing service delivery, and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
- Manage audits, ensuring compliance with internal policies, statutory requirements, process controls, and timely closure of audit observations and corrective actions.

Sustainability

- Promote judicious use of natural resources.
- Adhere to the organisation's setting, health, and safety policies, objectives, and guidelines.

Anti Bribery Management Systems (ABMS)

- Follow the ABMS roles and responsibilities details as prescribed on the ABMS manual.

Education

- Graduate/ Post graduate or global equivalent degree in Human Resources or a related field.

Experience

- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with proven expertise in HR operations, payroll management, and driving process efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and international HR practices, ensuring compliance and alignment with global HR operations.
