Roles and Responsibility

- Provide technical support for Smartstream IDLM systems, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for business requirements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of system processes and procedures.
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the system.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
