Job Summary:

- We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven female Sales Executive with good telecalling skills and basic knowledge of Import and Export operations.
- The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with international and domestic clients, explaining our export/import services, and converting prospects into business partners.

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients, international buyers, and suppliers to pitch our import/export services. Generate new business leads through cold calling, emails, and follow-up calls.
- Understand client requirements regarding shipping, customs, sourcing, and global trade. Maintain and update a database of prospective clients in the CRM system.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with global and local clients.
- Coordinate with the logistics and documentation team to ensure smooth execution of orderBasic computer and CRM/data-entry skillsTarget-orientation.
