- Design, implement, and maintain complex IT infrastructure solutions for clients using various hardware components such as servers, storage devices, and network equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client needs and develop customized system integration projects.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting services to resolve issues related to IT hardware sales and networking products.
- Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 3-22 years of experience in IT hardware sales or a related field.
- Solid knowledge of networking products including routers, switches, firewalls, etc.
- Experience working with system integrators on large-scale projects involving multiple vendors' technologies.
