Role & responsibilities

- Implement and maintain Quality Assurance systems within the laboratory.
- Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, GLP, GMP and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Review laboratory test reports, worksheets, raw data and analytical records for accuracy and compliance.
- Review and control SOPs, specifications, test methods, formats and quality documents.
- Monitor deviations, non-conformities, CAPA and change controls and ensure timely closure.
- Conduct and support internal audits, quality inspections and management review activities.
- Coordinate with QC/Testing teams for investigation of OOS/OOT results.
- Ensure proper calibration, qualification and maintenance of laboratory instruments and equipment.
- Monitor documentation practices, data integrity and record retention.
- Support NABL accreditation audits and client/regulatory audits.




- Maintain quality records, audit observations and compliance documentation.
- Conduct/coordinate training of laboratory personnel on SOPs, quality systems and compliance requirements.
- Identify quality risks and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive actions.
- Coordinate with different laboratory departments to ensure adherence to approved procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of NABL / ISO 17025 requirements
- Knowledge of GLP/GMP and laboratory quality systems
- Robust documentation and report-review skills
- Knowledge of OOS/OOT, CAPA, deviation and change control
- Internal audit and inspection handling
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
