Job Summary

The Principal Product Manager will independently own and drive critical trading experiences across the WazirX platform. This is a highly hands-on role requiring robust product judgment, deep trading domain understanding, and end-to-end execution ownership.

Responsibilities

- Own and drive the evolution of core trading products
- Define product vision, roadmap, and execution priorities
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business teams
- Drive product decisions using data and user insights
- Continuously improve trading workflows and user journeys
- Ensure product quality, reliability, and scalability

Requirements

- 12-15 years of product management experience
- Strong experience in trading, fintech, or transactional products




- Deep understanding of trading systems and user workflows
- Strong execution and stakeholder management capabilities
- Ability to independently own complex product areas
- Comfort operating in fast-moving environments

Nice To Have

- Experience in crypto trading platforms or capital markets products
