- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business Development Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategies to drive firm growth and secure new clients.
- Marketing and Branding Initiatives: Enhance the firms visibility through marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
- Proposal and Pitch Management: Lead the creation of tailored proposals and pitches to win new business.
- Networking and Event Management: Represent the firm at industry events and build a network of potential clients.
- Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track business development efforts and report on key performance metrics.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with partners and practice groups to align business development strategies.

Qualifications:

1.Experience: 2-4 years of experience in business development.

2.Client Relationship Management:



Proven track record of building and maintaining robust client relationships.

3.Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement effective business development strategies.

4.Marketing & Branding Knowledge: Experience in executing marketing campaigns and promoting brand visibility.

5.Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations, proposals, and client interactions.

6.Analytical Abilities: Ability to analyze market trends, competitors, and client feedback to guide strategies.

7.Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

8.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with clients, partners, and internal teams.

9.Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines in a quick-paced environment.

10.Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and digital marketing tools.
