About the Role

We are hiring Virtual Relationship Managers for Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. This is a virtual sales role where you will be responsible for managing and servicing existing bank customers and generating new business through telephonic / virtual interaction.

Eligibility:

- Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Life Insurance is MUST

- Candidates with experience in VRM / Tele-Sales / Banca / Direct Sales in Life Insurance preferred

- Good communication skills in English + Hindi

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Handle existing customers of ABSLI and bank partners virtually and generate , cross-sell & upsell business

- Generate new business for Life Insurance through leads provided by the Bank

- Achieve monthly sales targets for Protection, ULIP, Endowment & Retirement plans





- Build strong relationships with Bank customers to ensure persistency and portfolio growth

- Explain product features, handle queries and ensure smooth policy issuance process

- Ensure compliance with all insurance and company guidelines

- Maintain daily sales reports, call records and customer data

- Coordinate with internal teams for policy servicing and customer support

Desired Skills & Competencies:

- Must have experience in Life Insurance Sales

- Good understanding of Life Insurance products (Term, ULIP, Savings, Retirement)

- Excellent communication, persuasion & relationship management skills

- Target oriented with ability to achieve business through virtual mode

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline
