About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Professional to manage accounting and financial operations for an Investment Office. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling reconciliations, reporting, documentation, and supporting day-to-day finance activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and financial transactions.
- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Perform bank, vendor, and account reconciliations.
- Support financial reporting, MIS, and documentation.
- Monitor receivables, payables, expenses,



and investments-related transactions.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for accounting and financial requirements.
- Assist with audit, compliance, and statutory requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, timely reporting, and proper maintenance of financial records.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in accounting/finance operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
